Andrea Still, VP, Organizational Development, Church Pension Group (Episcopal)
Andrea Still is the VP, Organizational Development for the Church Pension Group (Episcopal). In her role, she works closely with a broad range of business leaders to provide consultation on talent management processes and practices including succession management, leadership development, performance measurement, coaching, diversity & inclusion, and organizational health. Andrea brings a depth and breadth of multi-disciplined business experience gained over three plus decades (not counting the family-owned telephone answering service!) of working in health and welfare benefits, property casualty insurance, and the fashion industry. A firm believer in the Rotary motto of service above self, Andrea seeks out opportunities to be an involved leader whether volunteering for strategic initiatives at work, on the CBA health benefits committee or in her local community. Andrea is a graduate of both the Cape Cod Community College and the Fashion Institute of Technology. She resides in the city of Trenton, NJ with her husband Scott and is an avid photographer, live music enthusiast and motorcycle traveler.
